Description: The txakoli Inazio Urruzola business was founded in the 14th century in Garaikotxea, listed as a Historical Site of the Basque Country. For generations the Garaikoetxea estate has belonged to the Urruzula, and continues in their hands to this day. This estate has been a landmark in Arana of Alkiza, as the structure of the farmstead is based on the wooden press which, in the past, has pressed apples from all the farms in the valley to produce cider. The work of the promoters of this project, Xabier Urruzola Garazi del Rey, began in 2007.
